Don Cerow has long explored the confluence of astrology, mythology and history, including pre-history. His groundbreaking book, When the Dragon Wore the Crown, examines the Great Ages and myths about dragons common to multiple cultures. Because of earth’s sloooooow wobble on its axis, the pole star shifts over time and there’s a cycle of approximately 26,000 years in which the spring equinox occurs in each zodiac constellation for about 2,160 years. This accounts for our current change from the beliefs-based Age of Pisces (dominated by the Roman Catholic Church) to the information- and science-based Age of Aquarius.
After hearing Don’s theory about the Book of Revelation as a “time capsule” for the Age of Pisces, I asked him to write a brief article for my Janet’s Plan-its 2013 calendar. Then my graphic designer, Bryan R. Bonina, added some illustrations, and the result is in this PDF:
The Age of Aquarius by Don Cerow
After writing this article and pointing to a specific date for a key turning point in the shift to the New Age, it turned out that very day (February 11, 2013) was when Pope Benedict resigned and hours later, lightning struck the Vatican – amazing! Don used a photo of that lightning strike on the cover of his next book: The 8th Seal – Its Time Is Now! Both books are available on Amazon. Check out Don’s work at his website, Athena’s Web.
